Mel RosinaMelissa has been practicing for ten years and is honoured to share the art of yoga, knowing from experience its true potential to transform.

Years of practice has taken yoga from a casual pastime to its place as an integral part of her life, being and worldview.

Her approach is holistic, including mantra, pranayama, meditation and yogic philosophy in her classes, providing the missing link between the mysteries of yoga and the physical postures.

She continues to explore and transform her own spirit through the practice of Babaji’s Kriya Yoga and shares her exploration with her students, hoping to empower and inspire them.
