Amy Guilliano

Amy was drawn to yoga as a teenager. The feeling of connectedness with others and the creative expression of the asanas (yoga poses) stimulated her in the best possible ways. It wasn’t until Amy committed to a regular practice that she discovered a deep and resounding connection to this movement modality, and has not looked back since. After completing her 200-hour teacher training with Nicole Walsh in 2012, Amy has continued to develop her skills through an additional 250hrs with InYoga, The Radiance Sutras Meditation Teacher Training, Yin Teacher Training with Melanie McLaughlin and is inspired by her teachers including Les Leventhal, Tara Judelle, Simon Borg-Olivier, and Carmella Baynie; just to name a few.

Amy’s personality inspires every person to have fun in their asana practice, to not sweat the small stuff, to be committed yet unattached, and to acknowledge the balance of sthira (strength) and sukha (sweetness), both on and off the mat. She is passionate about helping people live their best life feeling good in their body and settled in their mind. Being a firm believer that “change is the only constant”, Amy encourages her students to be the best version of themselves through a supportive, fun, and alignment-focused space
